Town of Duels Play free

Playing online

With a free account you can duel real players around the world. Online matches are built to be fair: only your deck and your decisions count.

Getting started

  1. Make a free account in the game. It also saves your cards and progress online, so you can play on another device.
  2. Press Find 1v1 match on the main menu.
  3. When someone is found, the board is set and the duel begins.

Duel a friend

Press Duel a friend on the main menu and send the link to anyone you like. It works for 24 hours, and the duel starts as soon as you are both there. A friend needs a free account to join. Friend duels play exactly like any other online match, but they do not change your rating.

Even cards

Card levels do not count in online 1v1. A level 10 character fights exactly like a level 1 copy, so new players are not crushed by old accounts. Frames and board styles still show, because they only change how things look.

Fair play

Both players' games check every move, and the server records the result. A match that does not add up is stopped and does not count. Winning the same opponent over and over on one day stops counting too, so nobody can farm a friend.

Talking to your rival

Match chat and drawn reactions let you greet your rival or celebrate a good move. Keep it friendly: the community rules apply, and you can click a player's name in chat to report a message or block them.

Practice first

You can also fight 12 computer lords at several difficulties, with no account at all. It is the best way to try a new deck before you take it online.
