Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data we keep and why. We keep as little as we can. We do not sell your data, and the game has no advertising or tracking.

Who is responsible

Milen Marinov, Sofia, Bulgaria, is the data controller. Contact: naxonmedia@gmail.com.

Who can see your data

  • Other players can see your player name, crest or icon, rating, match results and chat messages. Your email is never shown.
  • Hostinger hosts the game and this website, and handles password emails, on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

If your data is ever handled outside the European Economic Area, we use legal safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Purchases

Buying with real money is not available yet. When it is, a payment provider will take your payment. We will not see or store your card details, and we will keep the purchase records the law requires, usually for several years. We will update this policy before that starts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object to our use based on legitimate interests, and to get a copy of your data in a common format. To use these rights, write to naxonmedia@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

You can delete your account yourself at any time on the Account screen in the game. This removes your progress and email address. Chat messages you already sent stay until they expire, shown under the name "Former player".

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The game is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age for online services in their country. If you believe a child has given us data without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Passwords are stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be read, connections are encrypted, and login attempts are limited.

Automated decisions

Matchmaking pairs players by rating. The game also checks every online match by itself. A match that does not add up does not count, and if that happens with three different opponents in one day, online play pauses until the next day. These checks have no legal or similarly important effect on you, and we make no other automated decisions about you. If you think one was a mistake, write to us and a person will look at it.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the game or by email.
