Write to naxonmedia@gmail.com. Tell us your player name, what happened and, if you can, what device and browser you use. We aim to answer within a few days.

Common requests

• Forgot your password? Open the login screen in the game and choose Forgot password.
• Report a player: click their name in chat, then report the message or block them. You can also email us.
• Delete your account: open the Account screen in the game. This removes your progress and email address.
• Your data: to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it, email us. See the Privacy Policy.
• Illegal content: to report something illegal in the game, email us with where you saw it and why it is illegal.
