Town of Duels Play free

Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Milen Marinov ("we", "us"), who run Town of Duels (the "game") and this website. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first. Only adults, or minors with permission from a parent or guardian, may make purchases.

2. Your account

You can play against the computer as a guest. An account is needed for online play and to save progress online. Keep your password private, give a real email address and use one account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, change the game's data, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, sell or share accounts, or try to break or overload the service. The game checks every online match: a match that does not add up does not count, and repeated problems can pause your online play for a day. Follow the Community rules in chat.

4. Virtual items

Gold, shards, rubies, cards, frames, boards and other items in the game ("virtual items") are licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or traded outside the game. The rules for anything bought with real money are in Purchases and refunds.

5. What you post

You are responsible for what you write in chat and for your player name. You let us store and show that content so the game can work. We may remove content, and we may restrict accounts, as described in the Community rules.

6. Changes to the game

The game is a live service. We may update, balance or change it, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If we plan to close the game, we will give reasonable notice on this website. If a change would seriously harm something you have paid for, you keep the rights the law gives you.

7. Our content

The game, its name, art, characters, music, code and this website belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, as long as you do not suggest they are official. Any other use needs our permission. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or host the game or any part of it, or make tools that change how it plays, unless the law gives you that right whatever these terms say.

8. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the game. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and remove progress gained by cheating. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us, and you can ask us to review the decision.

9. Warranty and liability

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not change or take away. The free game is otherwise provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for lost progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you can stop playing and delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem. You may also contact your national consumer protection authority.
