Purchases and Refunds
What rubies are for
Rubies can be won in the game, and when purchases open they can also be bought with real money. Rubies only unlock cosmetics, such as Crimson card frames and special board styles. They cannot buy cards or anything else that makes you stronger.
Who sells to you
The checkout will name the seller and the payment provider before you pay. If an authorised reseller takes your payment, that company is the seller, sends your receipt and handles tax, and its terms also apply.
Prices
Prices will be shown in real money, including any tax, before you confirm. In-game prices in rubies will be easy to compare with what rubies cost.
What you get
Rubies and other paid items are virtual items, licensed to you as set out in the Terms of Use. They are delivered to your account right after payment. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold. Rubies do not expire while your account stays open.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered at once, you lose this right when delivery starts, but only if you first agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you understand you will lose the right to withdraw. The checkout will ask you for this, and your receipt will confirm it. If you do not give this consent, you keep the 14 days.
Refunds
- If something you paid for does not arrive or does not work, we will fix it. If we cannot, you can get a price reduction or a refund, as the law gives you.
- If you were charged by mistake or twice, we will refund you.

Your legal rights as a consumer always apply, and nothing on this page limits them.
Random packs
Card packs contain random cards. They are bought with gold, which you earn by playing, and never with rubies or real money. The odds of each rarity are always shown in the shop before you open a pack, and the game guarantees a good card after a set number of packs.
Minors
You need to be an adult, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy anything. If a child has made a purchase without permission, contact us and we will look at it fairly.
Chargebacks and closed accounts
If a payment is reversed, we may remove the items it paid for. If your account is closed for breaking our rules, you may lose your virtual items, unless the law says otherwise. If we close the game, we will give reasonable notice and stop selling items well before it ends.
